Welcome to Caltrik. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Caltrik website (https://caltrik.com/) and our wholesale B2B distribution services.
By accessing our website, creating a wholesale account, or placing a bulk order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
“Company” refers to Caltrik (also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).
“Customer” refers to the business, enterprise procurement agent, or retail partner accessing the site or purchasing goods (also referred to as “you” or “your”).
“Products” refers to all mobile and laptop accessories offered on our platform, including but not limited to phone cases, charging cables, tempered glass, adapters, laptop cases, and hubs.
Wholesale Only: Caltrik is a strict B2B platform. By placing an order, you certify that you are a valid business entity purchasing inventory for resale, commercial retail, or corporate use.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information during the inquiry and checkout processes (including valid Business Email, Company Name, and Tax ID/Resale Certificate if requested).
Account Security: If you are given access to real-time inventory levels or pricing portals, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Volume & Tiered Pricing: Prices listed on the website are subject to tiered volume structures. Final pricing is determined at the time of invoice confirmation based on the quantity requested.
Price Changes: Caltrik reserves the right to modify prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and availability without prior notice due to fluctuations in global manufacturing and freight costs.
Payment Terms: All bulk orders must be paid in full via approved payment methods before shipment from our California hub, unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written corporate credit agreement.
Fulfillment Hub: Orders are processed and shipped from our logistics hub in California, USA.
Delivery Timelines: While we pride ourselves on rapid order processing, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed legal deadlines. Caltrik is not liable for logistics delays caused by third-party carriers or customs events.
Shipping Terms (FOB): Unless otherwise specified, all goods are sold FOB (Free on Board) Shipping Point. Risk of loss and title to the products transfer to the Customer the moment the inventory is handed over to the carrier at our warehouse.
Private Label Support: For bulk orders utilizing our custom packaging and branding solutions, the Customer must provide high-resolution assets and clear usage rights for any logos, trademarks, or brand names requested.
Caltrik IP: All content, graphics, website layout, coding, and marketing materials displayed on caltrik.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Caltrik and WebSage Agency. No user may scrape, replicate, or commercialize our website data without written consent.
Inspection Window: Because we enforce strict QA testing for every SKU cataloged, we require Customers to inspect all wholesale shipments immediately upon arrival. Any claims for shortages, defects, or damaged goods must be submitted in writing within seven (7) business days of delivery.
Low Return Rate Target: We strictly source high-demand products with low return rates. Standard commercial returns for buyer’s remorse or unsold retail inventory are not accepted unless explicitly authorized by your US-based account manager.
Commercial “As Is” Warranty: Products are provided to wholesale buyers “as is.” Caltrik disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular retail purpose, except where direct manufacturer warranties apply.
Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caltrik’s total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid by the Customer for that specific purchase order. We are not liable for lost retail profits, business interruptions, or indirect punitive damages.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or disputes arising from your use of this site must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
Caltrik reserves the right to update or alter these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or procurement services after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
